New Post-due today!!!
What is RSS-Stands for Really Simple Syndication. RSS informs me when a new event or update occurs and then it is broadcast over a feed which automatically notifies me either on Google Reader or by email.

You look for the orange and white icon to identify and locate an RSS feed.

I thought Google Reader was easy. I liked the fact that I could add and customize my news feeds and follow my blogs right from one page.

I was not able to access the RSS feed in Outlook. As an adjunct, I only have webmail and I could not find the function there to follow a feed.

I did try IGoogle. I added my Google Reader to the IGoogle page. I really likes the fact that it automatically picked up my google documents and put them on that front page--so one log in does it all.

I subscribed to several news feeds. I also added the Weather Channel. I did not have trouble with any of them.
